At Araweld, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and discreetly. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, rates will be shown at checkout.


Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Handling time is 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Transit time within the U.S. is typically 3–7 business days once shipped.

Estimated total delivery time is 4–10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.


Carrier Services

We ship using trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery address and service availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. There is no minimum purchase required.


Discreet Packaging

All Araweld orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. There is no product-identifying information displayed on the outside of the package.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can follow your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s tracking page.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.


Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed, tracking has not updated, your package is marked delivered but missing, or it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@araweld.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
