Discreet packaging
Every Araweld order ships in a plain, unmarked mailer. There is no product imagery on the outside, no category language, no 'fragile / contents' descriptors. The shipping label says 'Araweld' and a return address — that is all.
Inside, the bottle is wrapped in cream tissue and packed in a copper-foil-stamped carton that looks like premium skincare. It is meant to live on the nightstand, not hide in the medicine cabinet.
Shipping speed
Domestic US orders ship within one business day from our Pennsylvania fulfillment center. Standard transit is 2-4 business days. Free shipping on US orders over $69.
International orders (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, most of Asia) typically arrive in 5-10 business days, with rates calculated at checkout. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility on international orders.
Statements & receipts
Your credit card statement reads 'Araweld' only. There is no descriptor that would identify the product. Email confirmations arrive from orders@araweld.com and the subject line reads 'Your Araweld order' — no product name in the subject.

How it works
Use Apex nightly for sixty nights. If it does not deliver fuller firmness, longer staying power, and heightened sensation — for you and for her — return the bottle for a full refund. Even if the bottle is empty.
How to claim
Email returns@araweld.com with your order number. Include a one-line note about why — we genuinely want to know, but we will not interrogate you, gate you behind a survey, or offer 'one more month free' as a delaying tactic. We refund first and ask later.
You will receive a prepaid return label within one business day. Drop the bottle (empty or not) in any USPS mailbox. We refund within three business days of the package being scanned by USPS.
What we refund
The full purchase price of every bottle on the order, including original shipping. International customs duties are not refundable — that money is paid to your country's customs authority and we do not have access to it. We are sorry; if you are international and want to test Apex on the guarantee, this is the one rough edge.
If you bought from a retailer
Apex is sold direct from araweld.com only. If you bought it elsewhere, it is either a parallel-import gray-market unit or a counterfeit. Email info@araweld.com with a photo of the bottle and the receipt; if it is genuinely Araweld stock that ended up in a third party's inventory, we will refund. If it is counterfeit, we will help you report it.
Sixty nights. Then keep the bottle, or keep your money.
Less than 1% of customers ever claim the guarantee. We made it anyway, because the customer who needs it most is the customer who has been burned by this category before.
